Wally Car Rentals' rental terms and limitations. Here are some crucial items to consider when renting our cars:

Eligibility and requirements

To rent a car, you must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license for at least two years, and present a government-issued photo ID and a valid credit card in your name. International renters must produce a valid passport and an International Driving Permit.

Payment & Insurance

Full payment is due at the time of booking or pick-up, along with a security deposit ranging from $200 to $1,000, depending on the car type. Comprehensive insurance, which includes collision and third-party liability, is required and can be obtained from Wally Car Rental if you do not have your own coverage.

Vehicle Use and Responsibilities

Vehicles are only for personal use; they cannot be utilized for off-road driving, racing, or commercial purposes. Smoking and pets are not permitted inside the vehicles, and only the approved drivers mentioned on the rental agreement may operate the vehicle. You will be charged for any damage, excessive dirt, or missing equipment when you return the vehicle.

Additional Fees and Policies

Be aware of potential additional charges, such as $0.35 per mile for excess mileage, $25 per hour late return fines, and refueling fees if the vehicle is not returned with the same level of fuel as when it was picked up. Extensions require at least 24 hours' notice and are contingent on availability and additional payment.

Cancellation and Incidents

You can cancel for free up to 48 hours before pick-up. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a 50% cost, and no-shows forfeit payment. In the event of an accident, theft, or breakdown, notify local authorities and Wally Car Rental immediately and submit a written incident report within 24 hours.
